Fixaty Privacy Policy

Fixaty is a home-maintenance platform operated by AYA Inspire Company (CR 7053344136), Saudi Arabia. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the Fixaty app, website or WhatsApp service, why we use it, and your rights under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

1. What we collect. your mobile number and name; the address, district and map location of the job; the services you book, your notes and the photos you send; quotations, invoices and payment records (including bank-transfer receipts); ratings, complaints and messages with Fixaty or the technician; and basic technical data such as your notification settings and device type.
2. Why we use it. to verify your number, take and schedule your booking, send a technician to your address, issue quotations and VAT invoices, handle payment, warranty and complaints, send you updates about your job by WhatsApp and app notifications, and keep the service safe and free of fraud.
3. Who sees it. the technician assigned to your job sees your name, mobile number, address and job details for that job only. Technicians who receive a job offer see only the district, never your exact address. Service providers that run Fixaty for us (cloud hosting, WhatsApp messaging by Meta, maps, and card-payment providers when card payment is available) process data on our instructions. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it. We never sell your data.
4. Where it is stored. Fixaty runs on cloud servers that may be located outside the Kingdom. We use providers with strong security and transfer only what is needed to run the service.
5. How long we keep it. your account data is kept while you use Fixaty. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as Saudi tax and commercial law requires, also after you delete your account; they are then kept without your name, mobile number and address.
6. Your rights. you can see and change your name in the app, ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it, and delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete my account). You can switch app notifications off at any time in the app or in your phone settings.
7. Security. sign-in uses one-time codes sent to your WhatsApp, and staff and technicians see only what they need for their work. No system is completely secure; if a serious breach happens we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
8. Children. Fixaty is for adults. Bookings must be made by a person aged 18 or over who is present or reachable during the visit.
